Q: What is the minimum order quantity ?
A: It depends on which product type and small orders are accepted if materials are available from stock.

A: Yes, we have our own printing house to print your logo or design. you have to only provide the artwork and the pantone color code for printing. logo artwork can be in .pdf .jpg or .gif format. embroidery, badge, embossed logo and metal logo are available also.

A: We can make bags as per your drawing, picture or sample. You only need to provide us the sketch or drawing or physical samples and advise your detailed requirements like size, name of fabric and detail of the logo.

Q: Samples developing
A: Samples will be submitted upon you need, but it needs customer to bear the sample and shipping fees, and free samples for small and cheap items,sample lead time is 3-7 days, payment can be transferred through T/T, Paypal, Western union, Money gram,etc.

A: After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the production manager to investigate all and technical problems, ensure all matters related have ways to settle and control, inspect all the materials when arrived at our warehouse, ensure they will meet with customers’demand,inspect semi-finished products and finished goods, final inspection when packing.

A: For genuine leather products 60% deposit in advance by T/T,for PU products 30% deposit in advance by T/T , the balance payed by T/T before shipping.
